Family Bible Institute is our teaching program on Wednesday nights. The adults have four sessions per year lasting approximately eight weeks in length per session. Prior to the classes, an affordable FBI fellowship meal is served for the entire family each Wednesday night from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.

Life Groups
It's truly an honor for us that you would choose to make Family Life Church your church home. In fact, we want you to feel like you are at home while being a part of our church family. The center of our focus at FLC has always been teaching faith, emphasizing family and providing fellowship. We hope that you will be truly blessed by all that we have to offer, and all that we hope to accomplish in our community and around the world.

In our endeavor to make you feel at home, FLC provides a variety of Life Groups, Life Groups are smaller expressions of FLC and the vision that we all share. These groups will surround you with church family members that have similar interests while providing you with the support you need and the fellowship you want. No matter what your interests may be, chances are there is a Life Group for you.

Prayer Ministry is made up of people who care about praying for the needs within our church body. Prayer requests are available at the back of the pews and the Life Center in the foyer. The following prayer services are also available for you to attend:

Sundays, 7 a.m. in the main sanctuary
Wednesdays, 12 noon, in Roots Room

Serving People
Consisting of several departments that serve the people of our church as well as the weekly functions within our facility. Volunteers are recruited on a continuous basis for the following teams:

Beauty for Ashes serves families in crisis with meal preparation, house cleaning and much more.

Doorkeepers maintain the cleaning of the interior facilities of our church.

Hearing Impaired provides interpretation for the deaf at the Sunday, 11 am service.

Food for Life serves a weekly meal Wednesdays for the Family Bible Institute sessions in the fall and spring. (This is not available during the summer.) Also part of Food for Life is “Holy Smokers”, a team of people that enjoy barbecue grilling for the church annual events such as the Church Anniversary picnic and more.

Golden Age is the local nursing home ministry. This ministry currently provides a Sunday afternoon service for the elderly and residents of The Carriage Inn.

Greeters are the ‘face’ of Family Life Church. A greeter is here to serve you by welcoming you to the service, giving you a Sunday bulletin, or even direct you and your children to the nursery or Kidtricity. This welcoming committee is here to help you feel at home.

Harvesters is a group of spiritually mature, caring individuals that reach out to people who make a first time or re-commitment to Christ. Readily accessible after Sunday services or special services, this important group follows-up with people who make a decision to follow Christ.

Ushers are a group of men who serve the church during the weekly services by picking up offering, providing materials such as prayer request cards or helping people find a seat.

Young at Heart
This fun loving group of over 50 keeps a steady pace of activities throughout the year for this age group. If you are over 50 and want to fellowship, have fun, and eat good food, this is the group for you. This group hosts several fellowship events throughout the year such as day trips, fish fries and much more!

Valet Parking
Do you need assistance when you arrive at church? Or, if you are a senior,we would like to honor you with some special curbside service. We are here to assist you! We now offer a complimentary valet parking service. Attendants are available under the covered parkway to park your vehicle when you arrive to church. You will be given a parking identification tag that will match one placed in your vehicle. At the end of the service, you can give this tag to the attendant and they will bring your vehicle to you under the covered parkway. See the Life Center for more information.

Patriot Dream
Patriot Dream is a new ministry for families and their loved ones who are serving or have served in the U.S. military. We would like to know who you are if you or someone in your family is an active or retired member of the military. Volunteer opportunities are available for this ministry as well.
